Kara and Jason contacted me a month ago to shoot their wedding in Jacksonville Beach. The were married at the Ocean Park Baptist Church and had their reception at the Ribalt Garden Club. Here is a little taste of their wedding day.

Yes, their last name will the Kisser! I love it!! The bride to be is very special to me. Growing up, Abbey was like a little sister. Her sister, Brooke, and I have been best friends forever! My mother was in mer mom’s wedding, and now I’m shooting her wedding. I met Abbey and Shawn in Jacksonville Beach. We stopped by the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club for the beautiful fountain. And then around town for some other cool spots. Some of my faves.

Just a little fun with the camera. I just want to let it be known that I LOVE MY JOB! Photography is such a huge thing in my life now. I have always been an artist, but now I have found what avenue I shine in. PHOTOGRAPHY! I still enjoy drawing and painting, sewing and crafting. But there is something about the JOY my photography has brought to people, that make my heart happy. I love seeing my clients faces when I have captured the love they have in a simple image.

I hope to reach many more people with my work, and I am thankful to my past clients, who have brought me to where I am now. Thanks for being such GREAT clients. And many thanks to GOD for the talent he has given me. I wouldn’t be where I feel that I am today, without them! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Lisa + Alan Married! : jacksonville wedding photographer

Memorial weekend I had the honor of shooting a friend’s wedding. I have known Lisa my whole life and have so many great memories from spending time at her house. Rachel, her step-daughter, is who I visited and spent most of my time with. I was so happy that she asked me to shoot her wedding with Alan. When I arrived at the Florida Yacht Club, and saw Lisa and Rachel again, I was flooded back with all those fun times.

Here are a few of my favorite images from Lisa’s classically beautiful wedding.

A little taste of what I did today. I got to meet baby Christopher this morning. You may remember his MOM from an earlier maternity session. Christopher was so good the entire session! A few of my faves.

Sara + Corey Married In Jax | jacksonville wedding photographer

Sara and Corey got married Saturday in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. We started at the Hyatt and then on to St. Andrew’s Cathedral Church, and finished with the reception at the Firefighter’s hall in Riverside. Here are some shots from their happy day!

Sara and her family are BIG Jaguar fans…so we thought it was perfect to shoot the dress at the stadium! We were a very short limo ride away.

The clouds were no where in site for this stunning shot of St. Andrew’s cathedral.

I usually love the laughing shot the best! But that’s me.

As we were shooting the couple’s pictures outside the reception hall, a kind gentlemen drove by and asked if we’d like to “get the car in the pictures”. We said YES of course!!

Sara had a yummy candy table with hot pink and black assorted candy! (I would recommend this to all my brides! YUM!! )

Last shot of the day…the lovely fire fighters let the couple get a few shots on the truck. Thanks JFRD! And many thanks to Elle Photography for having me come along.
